1. What time should I arrive at the event and how long does the event last?
Arrive 90 minutes before showtime to allow time for parking, entry, and pre-show fun like the Pit Party and fan zone attractions.2. What is the age limit for the Ride Truck and where do I get tickets?
There’s no set age limit — rides are based on size and the ability to sit safely. Typically, 18 months+ can ride on a parent’s lap.
Pricing:
Ages 2 & under: Free on a parent’s lap
Ride ticket: $15 (cash or card at the ride truck)
All-Access Pass: Includes one free ride
3. What are age limits on tickets?
Adults: 12+
Children: Ages 3–11
Ages 2 & under: Free (must sit on a parent’s lap)

By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or using a ticket, or by entering the event, each purchaser and ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to the complete 2X Monster Trucks Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
IMPORTANT: THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, JURY-TRIAL WAIVER, AND CLASS-ACTION AND REPRESENTATIVE-ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Motorsports and related activities involve inherent risks, including loud noise, flying debris, vehicle movement, collisions, changing weather, uneven surfaces, and other conditions that may result in personal injury, property damage, disability, or death.
By attending, each spectator and ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the event and agrees to follow all posted rules and instructions from event, venue, security, and emergency personnel.
Hearing protection is strongly recommended for all attendees and is especially important for children.
WEATHER, POSTPONEMENT, AND RESCHEDULING
Events may proceed in rain or changing weather conditions when event management determines that conditions are safe.
If severe weather, unsafe conditions, governmental action, venue unavailability, an emergency, or another circumstance beyond the reasonable control of 2X Monster Trucks prevents the event from proceeding as scheduled, the event may be delayed, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, shortened, or otherwise modified.
A delayed, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, shortened, or modified event is not considered a canceled event. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled or replacement event, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
2X Monster Trucks is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, parking, childcare, lost wages, or other expenses resulting from an event delay, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, modification, or cancellation.
PERMANENT CANCELLATION
Refunds will be available only when 2X Monster Trucks officially declares that an event is permanently canceled and will not be rescheduled or replaced.
Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, applicable law, and the ticket seller’s procedures.
TALENT, TRUCKS, ATTRACTIONS, AND SCHEDULE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
All advertised drivers, performers, monster trucks, vehicles, sponsors, attractions, activities, vendors, schedules, show elements, and event times are subject to change, substitution, delay, or cancellation without notice.
Admission is for the event as a whole and does not guarantee the appearance or participation of any particular driver, truck, performer, attraction, or activity.
Changes to talent, trucks, attractions, schedules, venues, supporting activities, or event format do not constitute a cancellation and are not grounds for a refund or exchange.
SEATING AND ACCESSIBILITY
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all general-admission seating is first come, first served.
All-Access Passes, VIP packages, pit-party admission, ride-truck experiences, and other ticket bundles do not include reserved or preferred seating or access to restricted areas unless specifically stated in the package description.
Accessible seating and reasonable accommodations will be provided as required by applicable law and are subject to venue availability and safety requirements.
