Children age 2 and younger may attend without a ticket if they sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap. Everyone age 3 and older requires a ticket. Child tickets apply to ages 3–11, and adult tickets apply to ages 12 and older. All Access tickets are the same price for all guests age 3 and older.

Each All Access 4-Pack includes four All Access tickets — valid for any mix of adults or kids. The General Admission Family Pack includes admission for up to two adults and two children ages 3–11. It is not valid for four adults. Groups consisting entirely of adults should purchase individual General Admission tickets.

No. Unless otherwise stated on the event’s ticket page, seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible seating is available at most venues. Please contact the venue directly for details about its accessible seating arrangements.

We currently do not offer birthday packages. We suggest contacting us for a group discount for large parties.

General Admission includes entry to the event and general-admission seating. All Access also includes the pre-show meet and greet, one Ride Truck ride, a VIP badge and lanyard, and an autograph card. All Access activities, schedules, attractions, and participating talent are subject to change.

If the event is not sold out, tickets may be available at the gate at a higher price. Purchasing online in advance provides the best available price and helps guarantee admission.

Tickets can be displayed on a mobile device and do not need to be printed. Before arriving, download or save your tickets, make sure the barcode is clearly visible, and increase your screen brightness. You may also bring a printed copy as a backup. Do not share or publicly post your ticket barcode.

Tickets may be given to another person for use at the same event, date, and showtime for which they were purchased. Send the recipient the complete original ticket, including its barcode. Each ticket may be scanned only once, and admission may be denied if the barcode has already been used. Transferring a ticket does not change the event’s refund policy, and 2X Monster Trucks is not responsible for unauthorized resale transactions or tickets purchased from third parties.

Children ages 2 and under are free for all activities. They must sit on a parent or guardians lap for the entirety of the event.
