MEET THE DRIVER

Michael Brister is a former Monster Jam crew chief who spent years fine-tuning performance for the Monster Energy team before making the move to 2X Monster Trucks.


Once he joined 2X, Brister took on driving duties in several of the team’s well-known machines—including Brutal, hot tamale monster truck, Roarin’ Rex, Red Baron, and Bounty Hunter, quickly proving he had the natural skill and control of a seasoned driver.


Although he has since retired from driving, his passion for the sport hasn’t slowed down. Michael stays connected to the monster truck world, still bringing the same dedication and pride that fueled him behind the wheel of the hot tamale monster truck and every other truck he helped bring to life.
