1. Introduction
Welcome to 2X Monster Trucks! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our events, website, and associated services (“Services”). By purchasing tickets, attending events, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER PROVISION BY WHICH ALL SPECTATORS AND TICKET HOLDERS GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO A FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT INDIVIDUALLY OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTES RELATING TO 2X MONSTER TRUCK EVENTS AND ALL TICKETS ISSUED FOR ANY SUCH EVENT.

2. Ticket Purchases
Any ticket issued by 2X Monster Trucks for any 2X Monster Trucks event is a revocable personal license, and the holder of any such ticket, on behalf of the holder and any accompanying minor or legally incapacitated adult, including a minor or legally incapacitated adult holding a separate ticket, agrees to be bound by all of these terms of service.  Further, each ticket holder, for himself or herself, his or her personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, agrees to be bound by all of these terms of service.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under our Ticket Insurance Policy, if purchased, and in accordance with its terms.

• If an event is canceled, tickets will be refunded, or you may exchange them for another event of equal value. In the case of rescheduled events, your tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Transferability

• Tickets may only be transferred with our prior approval. Contact us at support@2xmonstertrucks.com for assistance.

Pricing and Fees

• Ticket prices may include service fees, taxes, or other charges. These fees are non-refundable.

 

3. Event Attendance Rules
Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees:

• Follow all posted rules and instructions from staff.

• Refrain from disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior.

• Violators may be removed without refund.

Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted at events:

• Weapons of any kind

• Outside food and beverages (except for medical or infant needs)

• Illegal substances

• Drones or other unauthorized recording devices

Recording and Photography

• Attendees may take photos and videos for personal use only. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

• By attending, you grant 2x Monster Trucks the right to use your image or likeness in promotional materials.

Children and Minors

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some events may have age restrictions; please check event details prior to purchase.

4. Risk Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk

By attending a 2x Monster Trucks event, you acknowledge that motorsports involve inherent risks, including loud noises, flying debris, and potential accidents.

Release of Liability

You and each ticket holder voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incident to a 2Xtreme Monster Trucks event, including the risk of personal injury (including death), exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses, or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused, and agree to release 2X Monster Trucks, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence.

Insurance Recommendations

Attendees are encouraged to carry personal insurance to cover potential risks.

5. Event Changes or Force Majeure

Rescheduling or Cancellation

•             Events may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or exchanges will be offered as described in Section 2.

No Guarantee of Performance

•             Specific performers, drivers, trucks, or attractions are subject to change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

•             All event branding, logos, and promotional materials are the property of 2x Monster Trucks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Digital Platforms

User Conduct

When using our website or social media platforms, you agree to:

•             Avoid posting abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate content.

•             Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Online Purchases

•             Ensure your payment and personal information is accurate and secure. Fraudulent activity will result in cancellation and potential legal action.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes data collection, storage, and usage for ticketing, marketing, and operational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2x Monster Trucks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services or attendance at events.

10. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from or in any way relating to these Terms, your attendance at any 2Xtreme Monster Trucks Events, your purchase of a ticket to any 2Xtreme Monster Trucks Event, or your use of our Services will be resolved through mandatory, confidential, final, and binding arbitration, in Wyandotte County, Kansas. By purchasing tickets, attending events, or using our Services, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that all disputes shall be arbitrated on an individual basis. You understand that you are waiving your right to a court or jury trial and any right to litigate or arbitrate any claim as a class action, representative action, or class arbitration. If you do not consent to this clause, you must immediately leave or not enter the event. This clause is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Kansas without regard to conflict of law principles.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kansas without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Amendments and Updates
2x Monster Trucks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
